8th Grade Parent Notification from Dr. York-NMS Counselor
Please Note: Students received an invitation letter on Monday regarding appointment with their high school counselor. The letter provides the date and time for their meeting and it is an invitation for parents to attend as needed. These meetings will be held every Monday during the month of March. (Please read/see letter as needed) Please e-mail Dr. York at lyork@sdnc.org if you have any questions.
Are you interested in a career in healthcare? You may want to apply for the Summer Junior Volunteer Program at Newberry Hospital. To apply, you must be aged 14 by June 5, 2023. Applications are available at www.newberryhospital.org
Today, (3/1/23) at 9:03 the Fire Alarm went off at NMS due to work being done on the HVAC Units (Smoke Alarm)
NMS faculty and staff would like to thank the Fire Department for their assistance today.
There is no damage and all normal activities have resumed.
I would like to thank faculty, staff, and students for their diligence this morning.
