Publix Partners has gone digital, meaning there is no physical card required. To sign up for a Club Publix account to designate Mid-Carolina Middle School as your school as the Publix Partners recipient on their account. You will enter their account phone number every time that they checkout at Publix to receive credit for qualifying purchases.
